Meet Bill Kusznirczuk

Managing Director

Bill Kusznirczuk is a leading Urban and Regional Planner in Australia. He has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of planning, building, property development and how cities, regional and rural areas should look in the future. He is the founder and Managing Director of the firm which has a long and respected tradition of providing professional advice in these fields.

He is the former Chair of the Building Advisory Council and was appointed as the inaugural Chairman and Chief Commissioner of the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) in 2013. Bill has been a Board Member of the Growth Areas Authority, Metropolitan Planning Authority, and Chair of the Executive Remuneration, People and Culture Committee.

Associate

Angela specialises in providing expert planning advice ranging from acquisitions to approvals, and manages significant development proposals across metropolitan Melbourne and regional and rural Victoria. Meet Thomas Buchan

Urban and Regional Planner

Tom provides his specialist skills in statutory and strategic planning to a wide range of private, government and institutional clients. He works closely with Councils, servicing authorities and state government departments and advises those agencies including private developers, institutions and residents opposing inappropriate development.

He uses his skills to co-ordinate the statutory approval process in planning, environment and building approvals. He provides his expert advice in housing, building, sub-division, and development in negotiating development approvals, across a variety of settings including metropolitan, regional and rural areas. 

Tom provides high quality outputs in representing our clients and is focused on achieving positive results.
